Introduction

ArtiQua Innovations respects the privacy of users and provides the ability for users to request deletion of their data from the ArtiQua Client Marketing Dashboard.

If you have connected your social media accounts or provided marketing data through our platform, you may request that such information be deleted from our systems.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like to request deletion of your data, please follow the steps below:

  • Send an email to support@artiquainnovations.com
  • Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request
  • Include the following information in your request:
    • Your full name
    • Your email address used with our service
    • The Facebook Page or account connected to the dashboard (if applicable)

Processing Your Request

Once we receive your request, we will review and process the deletion of your data from our systems within a reasonable timeframe.

You may receive a confirmation email once your request has been completed.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon request, we will delete any stored information associated with your account, which may include:

  • Marketing analytics data stored in our dashboard
  • Social media engagement data retrieved via authorized APIs
  • Any manually entered marketing statistics

Third-Party Platforms

Please note that deleting your data from our system does not automatically delete your information from third-party platforms such as Facebook or Instagram. You may need to manage your data directly through those platforms.
